This 45 minute cycle class is driven by the music, beat and resistance. It’s a total body workout on the bike, with choreography and light hand weights, while trying to achieve max watts and speed. You’ll have your heart-rate challenged in this blood pumping, music driven spin class. Expect to be sweaty and except to have fun. 

AB HIIT RIDE

Unleash your inner rockstar with this cardio training ride that will burn max calories with hills, sprints, and climbs. You'll push your endurance and challenge yourself into the fat burning zone.  You'll leave sweating and smiling, feeling like the badass you are.  

 
 

AB EXPRESS RIDE

30 MINUTES

A quick cardio blast with no breaks. A straight ride consisting of interval sprints, challenging endurance climbs, and rolling hills. You'll get all the demand of a 45 minute class in this shortened version.

60 MINUTES

30 Minutes of AB Express Circuit and 30 Minutes of AB HIIT Ride. This class will send your heart rate and your calorie burn through the roof. Back to back classes designed for muscle confusion and to maximize cardio endurance. This unique class is the only of its kind and one of the most popular at AB Fitness.
