Bridget fell head over heels for yoga when she took her first Ashtanga class in 2005. Yes, she spent the entire class holding her breath and sneaking peeks around the room, but she undoubtedly had found her passion. Within the first ten minutes of her teacher training, she knew life would never be the same. One year and 2 kids later, Bridget was living her dream, on and off the mat, with a yoga mat and two little yogis in tow.
Bridget's yoga classes are playful and challenging, incorporating elements of Ashtanga, Jivamukti and other power flow styles. She seeks to create a soulful class inspired by her love of movement and music, with room for personal exploration and opportunities to truly discover your edge. Bridget is incredibly grateful for the opportunity to share the inspiring gift of yoga with others.
