AB TREAD

Our advanced AB TREAD-based workout is a high-energy class that blends treadmill challenges with full-body exercises. Under the expert guidance of our trainers, you'll conquer every sprint, climb, and circuit, reaching new milestones with each session. Experience the ultimate fusion of endurance, power and resilience.

AB TREAD EXPRESS

A dynamic 35-minute spin on our advanced TREAD-based workout. Limited to 8 participants per session to ensure maximum time on the tread, this workout includes a fusion of treadmill challenges and full-body exercises to help you achieve new milestones in endurance, power, and resilience.

AB TONE

A 45-minute Pilates-inspired sculpt class set to the beat of energizing music. With a focus on low-impact exercises, AB TONE targets and engages the often overlooked small muscle groups in your body. Utilizing an array of props, bands, and light weights, this dynamic workout will leave you feeling toned and energized. Shoes optional, grip socks recommended.

AB FLOW

AB FLOW is our 45-minute Vinyasa Flow class designed to create balance and diversity with our other AB classes. Immerse yourself in the fluidity of yoga as each pose seamlessly transitions to the next, guided by curated music. AB FLOW cultivates strength, flexibility, and mindfulness that leaves you centered and rejuvenated.

AB 30/30

AB 30/30 is a 60 minute class that is the perfect blend of AB Express and AB Tone. The first 30 minutes focuses on heavier weights and cardio to spike your heart rate. While the 2nd 30 minutes focuses on low-impact movements targeting and engaging small muscle groups.
