Julia’s fitness background started with college lacrosse and going on to coach College and high school lacrosse and soccer.
After moving to NYC, she got certified in multiple fitness fields and began her group fitness journey.
She has been working in fitness for a decade now and recently moved to the area from Hoboken where she was the Director of Instructors at a boutique gym. With certifications in Pilates, Personal Training and Spin, she teaches Cycle BEAT and various circuit classes. Come sweat with her!
